In 1973, Benedict Morelli kicked off his career as a law clerk for a law firm that specializes in personal injury. After working for the company for five years, he was later qualified for the bar exam in 1977. He was then admitted to the New York State Bar where he became a partner, and later a senior partner in the same firm.

In 1977, he earned a degree from the City College. After that, he studied law at the New York Law School. Mr. Morelli has held a number of office posts in his time including being a member of the United States Supreme Court for the Easter, Western, Northern and Western Districts of New York and also a member of the US District Courts.

Earlier on, he founded his company where he also works as a partner from 1989 to 1990. From there his became a senior partner for eight years before dissolving the company to start the Benedict P. Morelli & Associates which he later changed to Morelli Law Firm.

Mr. Morelli represents plaintiff for cases including labor law, auto accidents, sensitive product liability like Avandia, Bextra, DES and Vioxx, and sexual harassments, gender bias, racial discrimination, age discrimination and has handled cases against many established organization such as big investment banks.

 In addition to that, Benedict Morelli has been working on different types of cases for over thirty-five years. Through his amazing work, he has earned historic multi-million dollar cases on behalf of his clients and has made millions of dollars from such verdicts. He has handled all kinds of cases including individual cases and medical malpractice cases. From representing a case involving the loss of three fingers to a verdict for an injured arm.

He was the lead counsel for the 2011 case for sexual harassment in a Federal Court in Southern District in Illinois. The decision saw him winning a whopping $95 million. Also, he was the lead counsel for a $22 million polio vaccine case, which was filed more than 30 years ago. The polio vaccine case has been naming the largest vaccine case in the history of the United States. In1995, he also handled a $40 million lawsuit. In addition, he was featured as one of Top Ten Verdicts in America by the National Law Journal

 Apart from representing clients in various lawsuits. Mr. Morelli has also been the president of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, an advocate rank in the American Board of Trial Advocates, a sustaining member as well as the governor of the American Association for Justice, a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, Emeritus Board of Directors, past president of the Brooklyn-Manhattan Trial Lawyers Association.

 To wrap up, Mr. Morelli has been listed as among the best attorneys in the US since 1997. In addition to that, he was selected by the New York State Trial Lawyers Association as New York’s SUPERSTAR, making him a real hero.
